Carrie, our Office Manager, was born and raised in a small town in northeastern Pennsylvania. Shortly after graduating from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, she moved to Truckee where she’s been living for the past 6 years. With a passion for cooking nutritious meals and living an active lifestyle, she was gravitated to work for a naturopathic doctor. She loves to help others and seeing all your smiling faces come through the door!

Shiloh, originally from the plains of the Midwest, fell in love with the Sierra Nevada mountains in 2002. She began her career in wellness as a massage therapist and aesthetician, and eventually earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Community Health Sciences. She is focused on the health of the individual and the community. She enjoys biking, skiing,
surfing, gardening, and dancing.

Jess has been a nurse since 2010 and has experience in Integrative/Holistic Medicine and Emergency Intensive Care. She is passionate about preventing
illness and promoting wellness by using practices that heal the body, mind, and soul. While understanding the importance of mitigating environmental effects on health. Jess brings a bubbly and deeply informed addition to the High Sierra Naturopathic Medicine team.
